I have had a long and varied catering career. I worked for many years for the Ministry of Defence, where I was lucky enough to feed military
personnel, and royal visitors. Over the last 15 years, I have concentrated on working in independent schools. I have
worked in four in the North East. I joined the Mowden family in January this year, and I love it here.
